Position Summary
The Client Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our clients' initial success. You will guide clients through the implementation process with precision and attentiveness, ensuring a positive experience and successful setup with our services.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Gather necessary information and documents for account setup.
- Onboarding Guidance: Assist clients with account setup and explain available services.
- Issue Resolution: Address client questions and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions and provide ongoing support.
- Monitoring and Support: Track client progress and satisfaction, addressing any issues proactively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Reporting: Produce sales reports and reconcile CRM with sales tracking.
- Technical Support: Create electronic forms or workflows within CRM and manage website chat activity.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide recommendations for enhancing the onboarding process based on client feedback.
- Multi-tasking: Manage multiple implementations and ensure all timelines are met.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and time management, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing Speed: Able to type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
- Positive Attitude: A 'can do' mindset and resourcefulness.
- Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
- Background Check: Must pass all required background checks.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Environment: Office setting.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. Hybrid remote work (3 days in office) may be available after the introductory period.
- Physical Activity: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stoop, bend, and walk. Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
