The Regional Development Company (RDC), headquartered in Valparaiso, IN serving the entire state of Indiana and select counties in Illinois, is a non-profit organization and Certified Development Company (CDC) that administers the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 Loan Program for small business growth. 

The company announced the hiring of Emma Hutchinson as Marketing & Business Development Manager. Hutchinson is a recent graduate of Columbia University with a major in Journalism.

“We’re excited to bring Emma onto the RDC team,” said Erica Dombey, President. “She brings experience in video and digital marketing from her education and prior internships. Pair that with an outgoing and positive personality, and I am sure she will grow our relationships with borrowers, lenders, referral sources and communities.”

Hutchison’s work can already be seen on the company’s social media channels, LinkedIn and Facebook, at RDC 504. She has showcased the RDC staff, Board Members, and borrowers. Posts also include updates and little-known facts about the 504 loan program, as well as current interest rates and new loan fundings.
