Gala tickets are $125 each and include
appetizers, a complimentary drink and a ticket to the opening night of “Rodgers & Hammerstein’s A Grand Night for
Singing.“ The gala festivities kick off at 6 p.m. in a tent next to Dunes
Summer Theatre. Guests can mingle and purchase $25 raffle tickets for an
opportunity to win an array of customized theatre, golf, shopping, art and
other experiences.
At 7 p.m., gala guests will
attend the performance of “A Grand Night for Singing.” At 8:30
p.m., guests will return to the tent for desserts, a cash bar an announcement
of raffle winners. Steve Scott, Dunes Artist Director, will host the after
party.
The Dunes Summer Theatre production of “A
Grand Night for Singing” runs July 15-31 and features work by the talented team
of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein. Audiences
will enjoy a musical review of 30 songs from their hit musicals, including
“Oklahoma!,” “Carousel,” “The Sound of Music,” “South Pacific,” and “The King
and I.” The Dunes Summer Theatre’s “A Grand Night for Singing” is directed
by Lauren Katz with music direction by Andrew Flasch.

Summer Theatre Gala is the premier funding raising event for Dunes Arts
Foundation. DAF is a nonprofit organization that oversees Dunes Summer Theatre
to provide high-quality performing and fine arts that inspire audiences and
promote community spirit.
