Premier Arts Ducky Derby
Elkhart, IN —INOVA Federal is the
presenting sponsor for Premier Arts Ducky Derby on May 26th. The Ducky Derby is a fundraiser to help fund
the Elkhart ArtWalk. All the adopted Duckies will be dropped simultaneously
into the Elkhart River and float toward the finish line. The Duckies float down
the St. Joe River from Elkhart Ave. Bridge to the Jackson St. Bridge. Up to
$1500 in prizes will be award to the Duckies that take 1st. 2nd,
and 3rd place.
“Local arts and culture
initiatives, and local businesses have a substantial economic impact on a
community, so it’s only fitting as the only locally headquartered financial
institution in downtown Elkhart, that INOVA continues to support the Elkhart
ArtWalk.” said Kerie Sekal, Vice President of Marketing and Member Engagement
for INOVA Federal. “INOVA was originally established back in 1942 to serve the
employees of Miles Laboratories, so our roots run deep here. Being the
presenting sponsor of this new Ducky Derby event is just another fun way for us
to continue to partner with our community and celebrate our 80th
anniversary.”
