The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Caruso Homes on February 25th at 4 pm.  The ceremony was held at their location, 3263 Bay Rd. In Milford. Chamber members, friends, and staff members joined the team at Caruso Homes as they celebrated the opening of the Delaware Division of Caruso Homes!
