On Thursday, October 17th, OSF St. Anthony's Psychological Services will be conducting free and confidential Anxiety & Depression Screenings at Senior Services Plus located at 2603 North Rodgers Ave. in Alton, IL.

Screenings will be held between 11am-1pm. Each appointment is between 10-15 minutes and participants will receive post-screening recommendations.

Appointments are limited. Please called 618-465-3298 ext. 123 to schedule your appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome, but those with appointments will be seen first.
