Responsibilities:

• Coordinate fire life safety projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Manage permit applications and approvals with local jurisdictions.
• Schedule and track project milestones using Smartsheets and ServiceTrade.
• Utilize ServiceTrade software to coordinate jobs, track documents, and manage service schedules.
• Read and interpret prints and CAD drawings to assist in project planning and execution.
• Order and procure parts, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Gather and verify specifications on materials to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with field technicians, engineers, and clients to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate job tracking records and update stakeholders on project status.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for project closeout.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fire life safety and low voltage electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of permitting processes and local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical prints.
• Experience in ordering materials and obtaining specifications.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets and ServiceTrade software for project tracking and coordination.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $27.50 - $29.00 per hour

• Fire alarm: 2 years (Preferred)
