Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of our grant programs, ensuring activities are implemented as proposed.
  • Maintain regular communication with SAMHSA, reporting on key program requirements, addressing challenges, and ensuring timely submission of all reports.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with community partners and referral sources.
  • Create and engage with an advisory board, involving consumers, family members, and community leaders.
  • Work closely with the Evaluation Team to analyze project data and implement strategies for federal reporting.
  • Provide coaching and ensure the quality and quantity of work produced by project staff.
  • Maintain professional competency through continuous learning and training.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain grant records meticulously and respond promptly to communications.

Requirements

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field. A bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • At least two years of experience in the human services field, with a preference for federal grant administration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and intermediate general computer skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with English-speaking patients and staff.
  • Flexibility, efficiency, and the ability to move freely about facilities.
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license with current automobile liability insurance.
