One Special Education program paraprofessionals at the SOAR North Setting IV Behavior Program for the 2024-2025 school year. This program will be a separate program within the Vision building in Pine City.
SOAR: The Skill-building Opportunities for Academic Resiliency (SOAR) program supports students who demonstrate significant communication and behavioral needs. SOAR increases students’ independence and skills in the areas of functional communication and self-regulation.
Qualifications: A two year degree or passage of the Para-Pro or Paraeducator exam will be required.
Desired: Experience working with students with social behavior needs is preferred.
Salary: Per Classified Agreement
6.75 paid hours/day but 7.25 scheduled (with a 30 minute lunch).
