The Client Onboarding Specialist will be crucial in ensuring the initial success of our clients.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with new clients to gather necessary information and documents for account set up
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, including assisting with account setup and explaining the services available to them
  • Address any questions or concerns clients may have during the onboarding process and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients and provided ongoing support as needed
  • Monitor client progress and satisfaction during the onboarding process, and proactively address any issues that arise
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in CRM
  • Produce sales reports and reconcile CRM with sales tracking
  • Create any electronic forms or workflows within CRM
  • Respond to inquiries and maintain the website chat activity
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the client onboarding process based on client comments and experiences
  • Offer prompt and effective support to resolve any technical or implementation challenges during the onboarding process
  • Manage multiple implementations and ensure all timelines are met
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with maintaining a CRM.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to type minimum of 45 words per minute.
  • Positive ‘can do attitude’ and solution finder.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
  • Must pass any and all background checks.


Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Office environment:
    • Full time 40 Hours/week; Monday-Friday – hybrid remote (3 days in office) may be available after completion of introductory period or at a date determined by supervisor.
    • Need to lift up to 20 pounds, stoop, bend, and walk.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
