- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with maintaining a CRM.

- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to type minimum of 45 words per minute.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
- Must pass any and all background checks.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Office environment:
- Full time 40 Hours/week; Monday-Friday – hybrid remote (3 days in office) may be available after completion of introductory period or at a date determined by supervisor.
- Need to lift up to 20 pounds, stoop, bend, and walk.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
