Area Agency on Aging of Southwest Arkansas, Inc. has the position of Digital Information Specialist available.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Help older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers connect to needed services in their community (Multi-Channel Services)
· Handle all mass communication design and content, including but not limited to resource directory, blogs, social media, presentations, and print assets
· Website build and maintenance
· IT support, including host coordination, email management, Microsoft365 management
· Photography and limited video editing
· (SHIIP counselor) Responsible for providing free, person-centered health insurance information, education, and counseling services to Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries and seniors. SHIIP training will be available.
· Documentation and other related tasks
· Additional tasks including working with outreach events.
The position will be full-time. Benefits include paid leave (vacation, sick and PTO). Dental, life insurance, short term and long-term disability paid by AAASWA. AR BCBS health insurance, 91% of the premium paid by AAASWA. Optional supplemental insurance is also available at the employee’s cost.

Requirements
The applicant needs to have a bachelor’s degree or associate degree in either Graphic Design, Mass Communication or Marketing with two years of experience.
