Provide direct case management services to older Arkansans in the service area assigned. The case manager is responsible for assessing client needs to identify assistance and matching that need to available programs and services.
The case manager must have the ability to: assume responsibility, work independently and make decisions. The case manager must possess good written and oral communications skills, good computer skills and the ability to work well with others. The case manager must have compassion, empathy and concern for the elderly. The case manager must be able to travel.

Requirements
Qualifications: The individual must have a background in social work and/or Licensed Practical Nurse, have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or an associate degree with two years’ experience in case management.
