As the Assistant Director, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the operations of our development center. Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, special education, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a developmental or care setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, supervisory experience preferred..
A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with adults with disabilities.
