We are excited to expand our Christmas Parade into a Christmas Weekend in Marshall to enjoy everything we have to offer.

Saturday, December 7th:

• 9:00a - 10:30a Breakfast with Santa | Salt Fork YMCA
• 10:00a - 4:00p Shop Crawl | Marshall Town Wide.  Support local Marshall businesses! Stay tuned for a full list of participating businesses to be announced soon in this same page and in social media.
• 10:00a - 4:00p Hot Chocolate | Marshall Square Benefiting Trilumina Lodge #205
• 2:30p - 4:00p Carriage Rides by Saddle Creek | Marshall Square. All funds raised benefit Shop with a Cop
• All Day Christmas Carolers | Marshall Businesses and Marshall Square. Enjoy the festive carolers surprising businesses and joyfully parading the square!    
• 2:30p - 4:30p Pictures with Santa | Wood & Huston Bank. Free photos with Santa courtesy of Wood and Huston Bank - bring your own camera  
• 4:00p - 6:00p Hot Chocolate  | Historical Society 
• 4:00p - 7:00p Hot Chocolate  | Community Bank
• 4:00p - 7:30p Chili & Soup Supper + Eats, Sweets & Treats Sale | First Christian Church. Support the fundraiser benefitting 12 organizations in our local community.
• 5:00p - 5:45pm Performances by Broadway Bound and Shapes Dance Acro | Marshall Square
• 5:30p Parade Line Up
• 6:00p Christmas Parade - Santa’s Toyland | Marshall Square.  Join us for the annual Christmas Parade around the Marshall Square!  
• 7:00p Christmas Movie | Marshall Cinema. Our local theater graciously shows a free Christmas movie each year--join them following the parade.  

Sunday, December 8th:  

• 10:00p - 5:00p Jingle & Mingle | Montague's
• 12:00p - 5:00p Marshall Homes Tour | Jim the Wonder Dog. The annual homes tour funds supports our Jim the Wonder Dog museum. Visit the museum on the Marshall Square to view the tour schedule.  
• 12:00p - 3:00p Pet Pictures with Santa | Jim the Wonder Dog. Bring your own camera, free will donation benefiting the Saline Animal League.

Annual Christmas Parade

This year the parade will take place Saturday, December 7th at 6:00 pm and the theme is "Santa's Toyland."Judges will award prizes to the top three entries based on the following criteria:

• Parade Theme: How well the float design concept embodies "Santa’s Toyland"    
• Originality: Creativity and uniqueness of the float design  
• Special Effects: Use of motion, lights, and/or sound  
• Overall Presentation: Make sure to register your float and showcase your creativity!    

First Annual Shop Crawl

Visit participating locations for your chance to win the Grand Prize Chamber of Commerce Basket! This special basket will include products, gift certificates from local businesses, and even a little spending cash to help you check something off your wishlist. Many businesses will also be offering holiday deals, promotions, or festive activities to enjoy. Be sure to follow us on Facebook or check our website for details and updates—we’re adding new businesses daily!   Let’s get into the holiday spirit together and make this season unforgettable!

• Reindeer Food at Simply Realty – FREE! - Stop by Simply Realty (2-4 PM) and grab some magical reindeer food for Santa's crew. This festive tradition is sure to delight kids of all ages.      
• Children’s Crafts at the Marshall Democrat-News Office Let your little ones' creativity shine! Stop by the Marshall Democrat-News Office from 10 AM-4 PM for FREE holiday crafts. Thank you, Springwater Greenhouse, for sponsoring, and MVC VASA for helping us bring this to life!      
• DIY Ornaments at M-Town Graphics- Buy a DIY ornament kit to make at home and add a personal touch to your holiday decor.      
• Patty Cakes Donut Bar - Build Your Own Donut Bar - Get your sugar fix at Patty Cakes! Come create your own holiday donuts and enjoy a sweet start to your season.      
• Holiday Workshops at Springwater Greenhouse! - Wreath Making Class and Greens Class  Learn festive holiday arrangements from the experts. Sign up today!      
• Holiday Photo Booth Lee's Studios - Lee's Studios will have a festive photo booth set up—perfect for capturing holiday memories!      
• Van Chiropractic - Infrared Sauna, Treats, and 20% off gift cards! - From December 1 until Christmas, swing by Van Chiropractic to check out the infrared sauna from 10 AM to 1 PM. Grab some treats and coffee while you’re there, and get a 20% discount on gift cards for massages and the sauna. Plus, during the Shop Crawl event on December 7, you can score  25% off gift cards!      
• MyMedSpa - Holiday Cocktails and Hot Chocolate - Visit Mymedspa to enjoy a refreshing holiday cocktail or warming hot chocolate, and enter their raffle worth over $800. They will be raffling a basket of 20 units of Tox and a facial basket.  
• Shapes Dance Acro Studio: Open house from 2-4
