In Christian’s role as Senior Sales Director, he helps plan sponsors, advisers and TPA’s establish and enhance retirement plans in the metro Detroit area. Prior to joining Principal, Christian spent twelve years between John Hancock and Fidelity with both the retirement plan and investment divisions. Christian started his career as a play by play sports broadcaster with the Umass sports network.
On a personal note Christian and his wife Stephanie live in downtown Detroit with their 1 year old Pierce and their dog Janie. Christian enjoys traveling, exercise (including running five Boston Marathon’s) and fostering dogs through the Michigan Humane Society.
