The McMinnville Economic Development Partnership (MEDP) serves as an advocate, ambassador and peer counselor working with businesses and potential business to maintain the economic vitality of our City while preserving McMinnville's unique quality of life.

Firm in our commitment to streamline processes and speed access to information and resources, we are dedicated to helping our community in growing business.

Our resource partners and staff are willing to share their expertise to make things happen from helping a new business locate a suitable facility to directing help to staffing services that can match the skills of the local labor pool with specific labor needs.

MEDP has extensive resources available including assistance with SBA Loans, grant applications, data gathering and networking opportunities.

Achieving Excellence in Education

The District is responsible for providing an education to children living within its boundaries and for building, operating, and maintaining school facilities; developing and maintaining approved education programs and courses of study, including academic and vocational programs, bilingual programs and programs for special needs children; and providing transportation and nutrition services to students in accordance with District, state and federal requirements.

McMinnville School District #40 is Yamhill CountyÆs largest school district. It serves residents in the City of McMinnville, the City of Lafayette and surrounding unincorporated areas of Yamhill County. The district boundary encompasses over 140 square miles of land with an estimated population of 40,134.
