Diabetic Shoe Solutions works with Quantum Medical to provide those with diabetes one pair of shoes and 3 pairs of inserts through insurance annually.

Diabetics are prone to foot issues. That is why insurance covers shoes and inserts...a much lesser cost than addressing a wound or amputation!

The Process

1- Call Quantum Medical at (561) 432-8200

2- Provide them with the necessary information they need

3- They will send paperwork to your doctor/s

4- Once all paperwork comes back, I will receive a notification

5- I will then reach out to you to schedule an appointment

• Appointments generally last for 30 minutes.
• The first appointment consists of a foot exam, possible gait analysis, measuring of your feet and selecting a shoe.
• The second appointment is the fitting to make sure everything fits and feels perfect.
