Margie’s is a trio of businesses: the Glass Studio; the Black Iguana; and the Ceramic Café; located at 109 S. Main St. in Minot’s historic downtown. Our glass products and services include fused and stained glass supplies, cabinet glass, custom designed stained glass items, and a wonderful of assortment of one of a kind glass items for a unique gift or for you. We also have a large assortment of pottery by Susan Davy. The Black Iguana is a funky private label, full service Espresso Bar, from lattes to smoothies. The Ceramic Café is a drop-in, glaze-n-go ceramic studio with over 600 projects to choose from.

Minot Area Council of the Arts (MACA) is a non profit organization. MACA's mission: "Connecting Artists. Building Community. Fostering Possibilities." MACA produces local cultural events through a combination of volunteerism, individual donations, sponsorships, contracts for services with public and private entities, and grants. Proceeds from any MACA event are used to 1) cover expenses and 2) generate more cultural activities in the greater Minot area. Evidence of MACA's success in the endeavor can be found in the growing statistics on culutural events scheduled each year since 2000. POEM Design Co. is part of the Mandaree Enterprises family of businesses that are owned and operated by the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation. We strongly believe in celebrating the potential for excellence of the human spirit by spreading the simple message, “People of Earth Matter.” Hence, our name, our legacy, and our mission: POEM, “All of Us.” 

At POEM, our name is a constant reminder of the creativity that binds all people of the Earth and a celebration of the human spirit poetry signifies. Our in-house artisans channel that creativity into eye-catching designs and unique products. We also invite people to participate in the creative process by offering custom products that are designed based on customer input.

Art and creativity make the world better, and we are proud to offer our art to the world.

The Lillian & Coleman Taube Museum of Art's mission is to "enrich lives through the visual arts." It is a public non-profit membership driven organization, which was founded in 1971. In 1997 the organization achieved their goal of securing a permanent location and moved to the historically renovated Union National Bank building located at 2 North Main St. We provide opportunities for the community to learn about all forms of the visual arts through our varied exhibits, arts education, and monthly events. Please visit our website at www.taubemuseum.org or Facebook for more information. The Lillian and Coleman Taube Museum of Art is open to the public 12 months of the year, five days a week. There is no entry fee, but contributions are always welcome.
