First Federal Savings & Loan Association of McMinnville was named one of the hundred best companies to work for in Oregon by Oregon Business Magazine. First Federal ranked 29th among medium businesses in Oregon.

Federal also received special recognition in the magazine for the nomination of
winning business, A.R.E Manufacturing for the 2022 Community Applause Award
that acknowledges significant service and contributions to the community.
