Innovative Learning Group Receives Prestigious Learning in Practice Award from Chief Learning Officer
Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) is proud to announce
that it has received a Gold 2023 Chief
Learning Officer Learning in Practice Award in the category of Excellence
in Partnership.
“We are honored to accept this prestigious award,” says ILG
CEO Lisa Toenniges. “We value our successful partnership with Takeda, which is strengthened
by our ability to provide strategic direction, ramp up a skilled team quickly, be
responsive to evolving needs, and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
while maintaining high quality.”
The award recognizes the strong partnership ILG has developed
with Takeda. ILG and Takeda collaborated to create training and performance
support materials for Takeda’s effort called, “Submission Excellence.” This
effort accelerated the product submission cycle time from 39 weeks to 19-24
weeks. ILG created easy-to-consume materials that were shared across the
company’s global functions, including multiple e-learning courses, playbooks,
and other resources covering more than 19 topics.
The Excellence in Partnership Award recognizes vendors or
consultants who have effectively supported a client’s learning and development
function to set, establish, or implement a program via whole or partial consulting
or outsourced services.
