These part time positions play an instrumental role in our daily operations; greeting guests, educating them about our beer, pouring draft beer, completing transactions, and helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of our taproom. 

Job Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests. 

• Welcomes and educates guests, offering assistance and advice. 

• Pours draft beer and completes transactions for on-site and to-go sales.

• Performs functions outlined on opening and closing checklists.

• Helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of the taproom at all times.

• Stays informed and helps foster great communication throughout the organization.

This full-time position is an integral part of our sales and marketing department, ensuring timely delivery of goods to our taprooms, customers, and distributor partners. Responsibilities include:

Delivery:

• Organization of daily orders, loading delivery vehicle(s)

• Completing daily deliveries to Untold taprooms, self-distributed accounts and distributor partners in a timely and professional manner.

• Collecting delivery paperwork, accurately reporting discrepancies (shortages/overages/returns) and returning at the end of delivery day.

• Merchandising goods delivered to accounts, inspecting date codes, rotating stock and providing exceptional customer service.

• Wrapping/Palletizing and preparing distributor orders for delivery or shipment.

• Performing weekly deliveries to distributor partners and collecting cooperage when required. 

• Bi-Weekly Transfer of product/materials between Plymouth/ Scituate/ Hingham

Warehousing:

• Assist in maintaining the organization and inventory of the cooler.

• Assist in maintaining the organization and inventory of the storage facility, including production goods and taproom supplies. 

• Complete transfers of storage inventory on a timely basis to production and taprooms.

• Maintain inventory and readiness of portable gas cylinders (returns/refills/distribution) for all three locations.

• Ensure Untold vehicles are well kept and maintained including weekly cleaning, scheduling preventive maintenance, record keeping, annual inspections, etc..

• Assist production management as needed with returns of dunnage, accepting deliveries, organization of yard materials, and cooperage inventory.
