We have an immediate opening for a Light Maintenance employee. This position is part-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (25 hours per week). Benefits include paid time off as well as participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund. The candidate must have basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills, as well as a broad background in grounds, facilities and equipment maintenance.

Requirements
* A high school diploma or GED is required
• Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills are required, including a well-rounded background of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, grounds maintenance, and equipment maintenance
and repairs
• A valid Illinois Driver’s License demonstrating at least three years of violation-free driving is required
• Must be self-starter and able to work independently
