Tom Dluzen has served as President and CEO of Chief
Financial Credit Union, a medium-sized credit union headquartered in Southeast
Michigan, since 2010. Dluzen brings with him an impressive array of experience
to draw upon that includes CFO, bank loan review and audits, commercial
lending, business lending, consumer lending, loan participation, loan sales,
strategic planning, cash management, and as an entrepreneur and business owner.
Passionate about applying his skills to better his communities, Dluzen has served on voluntary Boards including two Family Medical Centers, past President of the Monroe County Consumer Credit Association, past Finance Committee member of the Clinton River Watershed Council, and past Finance Committee Chairman of the Baldwin Center. Before becoming immersed in the challenging duties required of a CEO, Tom wrote a finance-related blog and has personally interviewed Steve Forbes, Larry Kudlow (the Kudlow Report, CNBC. White House Economic Advisor), and Governor Howard Dean.
