The annual Boone County Democrats Brown-Woodard celebration and meal will be held at the LEONARD GOOD COMMUNITY CENTER  in Ogden Iowa. (114 SW 8th) on October 17

Rita Hart, Chairwoman of the Iowa Democrat Party will be the keynote speaker. Other speaking guests will include Iowa Congressional Candidate Ryan Melton, Senate 24 Candidate Margaret Liston, and House 48 Candidate Penny Vossler. Boone County Board of Supervisor Democratic candidate Brian Reimers will also speak. 

The meal will be a fall harvest meal of locally produced products.

A silent auction will be conducted virtually as well as being available for in-person bidding. 

The Brown-Woodard Award will be presented to the outstanding Boone County Democrat leader for the year 2024.
