Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are community volunteers who represent the best interests of abused and neglected children who are wards of the juvenile court.  After being thoroughly screened and trained, a CASA researches the case, talks to the child and involved parties and professionals, advocates for needed services and timely decisions, and submits written recommendations to the court.

The Canadian County Children's Justice Center - Serving the children and families of Canadian County with respect, dignity, fairness and compassion.

We operate as a department of the Canadian County government, providing services and programs for children and families.

In order to fulfill our mission, the we provide a variety of services including assessment, prevention, education, probation, treatment, independent living services, home-based services, and detention.

We welcome you to our weekly Cowboy Church service where hats are welcomed but not required.  We pray you will be blessed as we worship and fellowship the "Cowboy Way".  We are a nondemoninational church established in 2010. 

 

  

The Canadian County Health Department offers a variety of public health services to protect and promote health to our residents. Services available through our general clinic include: adult and childhood immunizations, blood pressure screenings, STD testing, treatment and counseling, family planning supplies, social work services, and Sooner Care enrollment Assistance.

General clinic hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.


 

The Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service provides research-based information to help improve the quality of life for all Oklahomans.

Departments include: 4-H and Youth Development; Ag Economics; Animal Science; Biosystems and Ag Engineering; Entomology and Plant Pathology; Family and Consumer Sciences; Food and Ag Products Center; Horticulture and Landscape; Architecture; Natural Resource Ecology and Management; and Plant and Soil Sciences.

Central Oklahoma Ballet consists of dancers from towns throughout central Oklahoma.  Every year, we present "The Nutcracker" to welcome the Christmas season to Yukon.  Performances are in December in the Yukon Fine Arts Auditorium, accompanied by the Oklahoma Community Orchestra.  National and international guest artists are featured as well.
