From a young age Richard has always worked for his family. He was the Executive Vice President for the family’s assets before being promoted and acquiring over $30 million in properties and participating in $50 million in transactions since 2019. Richard, 27 years old, is now based in Kansas City, MO where he oversees all expansion efforts for Parking Company of America and the Chaves Family's Real Estate holdings.
