Since 1985, Community Connections has been providing life-enriching services that promote optimal independence for people with disabilities. Community Connections offers day habilitation, life skills, employment services, supported living services, community-based day supports, social recreation, and transportation services to nearly 800 individuals across southeastern Massachusetts.

We offer developmentally appropriate educational curriculum throughout the year the year for children from infancy through preschool. The warm, loving, nurturing atmosphere created an optimum learning environment. Our low student/teacher ratio provides the individual attention essential in helping children thrive.
