Set against the beautiful backdrop of the 1868 Farmhouse in Boone, IA, this Kentucky Derby-themed event is sure to be an unforgettable evening of fun, elegance, and Southern charm.

Event Highlights:

• Southern-Inspired Cuisine: Delight your taste buds with a gourmet menu featuring Brown Sugar BBQ Chicken, savory Bourbon Meatballs, and all the classic fixings.
• Derby Fashion: Whether you choose to wear your boldest Derby hat, your sharpest bowtie, or a classic Kentucky Derby-inspired outfit, you’ll fit right in with the night’s fashionable fun. (Dress to the theme if you like, but it’s not required!)
• Live Auction: Bid on incredible items like luxury vacations, VIP experiences, and more. Proceeds go toward supporting Boone County Hospital Foundation.
• Run for the Roses Raffle: Win big with a chance to grab a great raffle prize.
• Derby Draw: Put your luck to the test with fun Derby-themed games and surprises throughout the night.

The Madrid Fall Harvest Market is an opportunity to shop locally produced food items + take advantage of local business fall specials! There will be a farmers market style event at Aspen Grove, with local food producers selling honey; local beef, pork, and cheeses; fresh flowers; raw milk, cream, yogurt, eggs, and granola; and sourdough goods! This is a perfect jump start on those Thanksgiving meal preparations!

Walk the streets of uptown Madrid and visit other local businesses for Fall Harvest specials. Cup of Joy will have fall drink specials, Rae Lane Permanent Jewelry will be taking walk-in appointments, and Sisters in Cheese will be extending their Saturday hours to offer gourmet grilled cheeses and fall soups! 

Enjoy a magical and snowy photo experience inside of a snow globe! You will get to play, laugh and catch snowflakes! Photos will be taken inside the snowy globe and outside as well. Santa will be there one day to interact with you and your family throughout your entire session! What you get: 20 minute experience Private online proofing gallery 10 professionally edited digital images with print release with option to purchase additional images Due to the construction of the snow globe, no pets or sharp accessories/rough edged shoes are allowed for this event.
