About Me

For Brian Dale, Banking Texas Style is a promise that comes with a solemn responsibility.

“To me, being a Texan means holding strong to your convictions and values, operating in integrity and being a person who treats others fairly and with respect,” he said. “Being a Texan comes with a great pride and respect for our fellow Texans. I believe Banking Texas Style means that we bring those qualities into our business and relationships with clients.”

As North Texas Market President, Brian seizes every opportunity to live up to those ideals, both in his professional and personal life.

“I always set my own personal goals, so those are important to me, but it’s also important to me to help our team meet their goals as well,” he said. “We go above anyone else to make each customer feel valued by creating a relationship that is open and honest and we do our best to help each client with their own unique needs.”

Brian grew up in a small town in Oklahoma and cut his teeth working on a cattle ranch that has been in his family for generations. He earned his bachelor’s in business from Oklahoma State University and graduated from The Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado. He has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Management designation. He is involved with the Collin County Commissioners Board and currently serves on the Health Advisory Board and Park Foundation Board. He is also on the Foundation for Lovejoy Schools.

Brian and his wife, Robin, have two children, Nolan and Ella. They attend Hope Fellowship Church. Dale enjoys going to sporting events with his family, especially Rangers baseball games. They spend the weekends enjoying the outdoors when they can or going to the family ranch in Oklahoma.
