Services include: Case Management in Health Care, Nutrition Counseling, Meals on Wheels, Caregiver Support, Information and Assistance, Ombudsman for nursing home residents, state-appointed guardianship, Fitness Center - Exercise Classes,Cancer Support, Educational Workshops, Caregiver Resource Interactive Center, Health Promotion - Chronic Disease Self Managment, Senior Center, Senior Center Plus-Dementia Care/Life Bridges Program, Social Engagement- Group Meetings, Emergency Preparedness, and Community for Life Members Program.
