We help people with their nutritional needs.  We teach them how to live a healthy active lifestyle through nutritional counseling, free fitness classes and personalized coaching.   We provide  a complimentary nutritional assessment when a nutritional meal replacement shake is purchased and a membership form is completed upon one's first visit.  The assessment may be scheduled at a later time.
