Green Street Housing is a Delmarva based affordable housing developer whose principals have many years of local development experience and $100’s of millions in closed transactions on the Delmarva Peninsula and beyond. We take great pride in our green building practices which include Energy Star building practices and on-site solar energy production at all of its Delaware affordable apartment communities.  We believe that significant investments today in high quality construction, finishes and infrastructure in its affordable housing developments will pay off large dividends down the road, both for itself and the Federal and state programs it uses to finance most of its development activity.  From Energy Star refrigerators to large solar PV arrays to more ascetically pleasing buildings, these investments will lower costs, increase revenue and produce stronger communities where healthier, happier, more successful residents live.
