Operating as an independent leadership and human behavior
consultant, Red Letter Leadership focuses on serving the leadership development
needs of the faith-based community.
Red Letter Leadership offers any member of LVCC, whether
faith-based or not, a complimentary 2-hour Maxwell Leadership Game Experience, a
workshop-style training session administered in a game format ideally for any
team of 6 or more participants. The experience will offer skills that the
team can immediately apply which will:
1. Promote healthy organization
chemistry and team bonding.
2. Reveals Team Strengths, and helps
expose some weaknesses, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
3. Increase the Team's
productivity.
4. Enhance their grasp of
everyday Leadership values and practice.
5. Improve the team's Leadership
intelligence and their effectiveness.
6. Strengthen the team's
leadership abilities.
7. Raise the team's Leadership
awareness level and introduce timeless Leadership principles that will bring
about positive change through communication and connection.
