North Cornwall Commons Commercial Building Goes Up
North Cornwall Commons is beginning to come to life as the Retail Strip Center has become a free-standing building frame.
With the convenient location proximity to the Lebanon Expo Center, Lebanon VA Hospital, and Cedar Crest High School, the North Cornwall Commons Mixed-Use project is going to be an amazing opportunity for many businesses.
One of the tenants set to move into this new construction is Ancestor Coffee House & Crepery co-owned by father and son, Rick & Ryan Stammel. The coffee house will feature 5-star Facebook rated, Sonder Coffee Co.’s brew of artisan coffee roasted by daughter, Allyson Stammel. Everything the Stammel’s do, they do as a family. Rick’s wife Pam, Ryan’s wife Emily, & Allyson’s fiancé Dominick, all share big roles in the coffee business as well. We are very excited to watch Ancestor Coffee House & Crepery along with numerous other retailers, restaurants, offices, and hotel, begin to create this new community.
