The United Way of Northwest Indiana will be hosting an autumn First Time Homebuyer Vendor Fair, open to anyone eager to embark on their journey of purchasing their first home. This unique event bridges prospective buyers with vital resources and experts in the field, such as real estate agents, lenders, home appraisers, and numerous other industry professionals.

Attendees will gain valuable insights and opportunities, including:

Exploring a variety of home ownership options.

Learning about down payment assistance programs, home financing, mortgage pre-approval, and other crucial homebuying processes.

Acquiring practical tips to guide them in purchasing and transitioning into their new homes.
