Qualifications
Minimum:
- Three
years industrial maintenance experience
- HS
diploma or GED plus certificates (i.e. course completion certificates for
hydraulics, PLC programming, devices & circuits, pneumatics, etc.)
Preferred:
- Management
experience
- Associate
degree with emphasis in a technical discipline preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership
Ability
- Technical
experience and ability to articulate issues
- Knowledge
of common manufacturing/fabrication processes and capabilities
- Knowledge
of equipment systems and controls
- Familiarity
with Maintenance Management Software, Work Order and PM processes
- Working
knowledge of Microsoft Excel
