The Workforce Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and
management of workforce training programs. This position involves:
• Providing outreach, coordination, and support for Tec Centro Lebanon’s Workforce Training
programs.
• Supporting the development of new initiatives and strengthening existing programs with
guidance from the Executive Director.
• Promoting programs, enrolling students, and supporting them through program completion.
• Supervising staff and assisting the Executive Director in overseeing the enrollment management
pipeline.
