Job Description:
Purpose of Job - Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office for the Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership-BCHIP. Supports the Executive Director through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for fiscal management, invoicing, and reporting for all organizational and grant requirements.
Essential Functions -
- Provide administrative support for daily operations of BCHIP.
- Responsible for fiscal management of BCHIP, including banking, reporting, invoicing, and reconciling all accounts as needed.
- Assists with meeting management, including BCHIP Board of Directors meetings and other committee meetings.
- Supports program administration including Smoking Cessation Program, Advance Care Planning Program, BCHIP Wellness Partnership, BCIC and others as needed.
Job Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education: High School diploma required, additional college or business school preferred.
B. Experience: 2-3 years office/clerical experience
- Microsoft Office suites
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
Additional Information:
Hours per week: 30 with full benefits
Day, infrequent evenings and weekends
Salary Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
