Knowledge and Skills:
Well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, self-starter, able to work
independently. Excellent analytical
ability, ability to conduct thorough research, interpret and understand laws
and regulations, and provide workable recommendations and solutions to
problems. Broad knowledge of, and
practical experience with, credit union or other financial institution
operating areas, functions, products and services and the laws and regulations
which apply to credit unions. Ability to manage simultaneously, multiple tasks
and changing priorities in an efficient and effective manner. Ability to work
with all levels of management, staff, and members.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Certified Compliance Officer, or agree to complete a compliance officer
certification program within two years of hire date.
Physical Skills:
Required
to sit, talk and hear. Must be able to
stand at events for extended periods of time. Required to use hands and
fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Specific vision abilities required by this
job include close vision and adjustable focus.
Must be able to lift and carry 20-pound objects. Reasonable accommodation

functions. Must possess a valid driver’s
license.
Remote work:
Limited
remote work may be approved by the CFO or
CEO on a need basis.
