Knowledge and Skills:
Education: A four-year
college degree in marketing or related field.
Experience: Three
to five years of marketing or related experience.
Other Skills: Must have good communication skills,
including written, verbal, and public speaking. Creativity and knowledge of
target marketing required. Must possess organizational and analytical skills;
must be able to coordinate a variety of projects. Must be self-motivated and able to work
independently. Maintain professional appearance and good attendance. Proficient
with use of personal computer and applications, including but not limited to
spreadsheets, databases, word processing, presentation tools, and online
systems. Ability to apply common sense
and the ability to reason are expected. Ability to analyze and interpret
technical journals and legal documents is essential. Available to work after
hours or weekends for community or credit union events, if necessary.
Physical skills:
Required to sit, talk and hear. Must be able to stand at events for extended time periods. Required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and adjustable focus. Must be able to lift and carry 20-pound objects.
