Essential Duties and Responsibilities

=   Demonstrate effectiveness in program development in low-resource, high-needs communities.

=   Competence in working and teaching in Native American communities.

=   Provide employee department support and understanding of different programs within the Behavioral Health environment.

=   Able to supervise for licensure of LPCC, LISW and LADAC.

=   Oversee Medical Records Policies and Procedures to ensure HIPAA compliance.

=   Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

=   Knowledge of applicable federal, state, county and local laws, regulation and requirements.

=   Knowledge of traditional forms of government and pueblo customs and traditions.

=   Skilled in preparation of administration budgets and financial reports.
