Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent. 5 years experience in highway maintenance operations with highway equipment for road construction; Valid Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License with Air Break Endorsement; Valid DOT Physical Card; Willingness to be on call 24 hours per day for emergency situations; Ability to comprehend safety training Ability to pass background check and drug testing.
Special Requirements
Certification Requirements (within specified time period after hire): Flagger Certification; Public Agency Roadside Tree Expert Certification; Herbicide Spraying Certification; Forklift Certification; Homeland Security Certifications; CPR and First Aid Certifications; and Fire Extinguisher Certification.
