We are seeking a skilled Lead Equipment Operator to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment functionality and the ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Lead Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of heavy-duty equipment and specialized equipment used in the maintenance and/or construction of roads, bridges, and dams. May be required to perform other highway maintenance type duties.
