ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively manage and prioritize complex calendars, resulting in the executive leadership team staying focused on their business priorities, working efficiently and ensuring they are fully prepared and timely for meetings
Maintaining compliance files (digital and physical), including but not limited to personnel, tax, and financial records
Coordinating and executing semiannual team builder activities
Onboarding of new personnel, including W2, bank, and 1099 partners
Office ordering and upkeep for Maryland and Delaware locations
Calendar and email management for company executives, including travel arrangements
Ensuring deadlines are met and adapting to changing priorities
Inputting and auditing information in databases and spreadsheets
Monthly and quarterly compliance reports for the Director of Operations
Creating reports for leadership to analyze
Completing data entry for monthly sales quotas
Working with marketing to help coordinate any company wide initiatives for the sales team to execute
Working closely with other departments and supporting colleagues as needed
Participating in special projects and managing all other duties assigned
