Salesperson Position
Job Type: Full-time (8am to 5pm M-F)

Summary:
As a Salesperson with Atwork, your primary role will be sales, establishing business relationships with employers in the DMV area primarily in our specific service territory within Montgomery County. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business on a consistence basis and maintaining strong relationships with employers. The position will consist of a lot of outside sales activities, such as prospecting, pipeline management, networking, securing staffing agreements, and an overall great level of customer service. You will need Transportation for this position as it does require the candidate to be out in the field traveling/working to secure new business.
Responsibilities:
= Scheduling sales appointments, activities and most important Following up on cold calls and warm leads.
= Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives.
= Cultivate and maintain powerful relationships with new, existing and potential clients, understanding their talent needs and delivering customized staffing solutions.
= Organize activities utilizing the company’s Client Relationship Management system (CRM).
= Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections, negotiate and close deals.
= Meet/exceed performance expectations including weekly prospecting/pipeline activities, quota YTD, billable hours/employees on assignment, and Gross Profit (GP) dollars set by the company.
= Prepare and send EOD reports.
= Maintain up to date customer records.
Qualifications:
= Strong knowledge of the staffing industry and market trends.
= A stellar track record in staffing sales or related sales experience with an unwavering focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
= Knowledge of the CRM systems.
= Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
= Professional, Organized and Great time management skills with an attention to detail.
= Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
= Strong problem-solving skills.
= Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills.
= Energetic, results-oriented, self-manager who can compete to achieve sales goals.
= Works well within a quota driven, commission-based environment.
= Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency.
