We are currently seeking a Process Technician to join a local, well established manufacturing plant in the McPherson, KS area! This position has starting wages of $20.00-26.00/hr and is a Direct Hire opportunity!
What you would be working on:
= Completes changeover of machines for production runs.
= Monitors machines per control plan to ensure the process is running according to specification.
= Relieves operators and fills in for supervisors as needed.
= Maintains set-up record for each machine and products produced.
= Possesses a high level of knowledge about all processes used throughout the department including material handling, system transactions, quality testing and reporting.
= Make minor mechanical repairs and adjustments to machines.
= Assembles equipment and tooling for scheduled production runs.
