Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent looking for your next career? Do you have prior experience being a Project Manager or Superintendent? We need to talk! Starting salary is $135,000/yearly with a company truck provided.

What you would be working on:

Coordinate activities of carpenters, foremen and laborers.
Control waste and limit overages by tracking material quantities and utilization.
Track labor productivity by setting goals.
Analyze plans and specifications for the project.
Prepare a master schedule for the work scope and overall duration.
Collaborate with Project managers, design team and estimators,
Uphold safety standards on projects.
Prepare and present work plans at owner meetings.
Plan and execute site logistics and material staging plans for maximum site effectivenesss.
Manage subcontractor's workflow, schedules and quality expectations.

Requirements

What will help you be successful:

Knowledge and ability to follow OSHA safety protocols.
Knowledge of building codes, design, site control, inspection procedures and scheduling.
OSHA 30 certified.
First Aide and CPR certified.
Bachelor's in construction management, construction science, business administration, engineering or related field.
5-8 years of experience working as a project manager or superintendent.
