DFW's 11th Annual FREE Day of Yoga! at Indra's Grace!

Join Indra's Grace Yoga on the 4th day of September (Labor Day) morning for DFW's 11th Annual FREE Day of Yoga! Indra's Grace has been involved in opening the doors for this event for the last 9 years. It is a great way for anyone that is interested in trying yoga to come! Any body type and age or background can come as these classes are targeted to Beginners, Gentle and Seniors. The instructors from the studio will be guiding you through the yoga practice while giving information about the benefits and health/wellness information that come with the amazing practice of Yoga! Studios from all over the metroplex will be joining forces to help get more people in the doors to try yoga and learn the many benefits. Classes at the local Weatherford studio will take place at 9am - Level 1 Beginners 10:25am - Gentle & Senior and 11:45am - Level 1 Beginners.
