WEATHERFORD FRIENDS OF SCOUTING LUNCHEON

The Annual Weatherford Friends of Scouting Luncheon, in support of our local Boy Scouts of America, is proud to announce Congressman Roger Williams as our keynote speaker.

This fast-paced luncheon will highlight the American Values that Scouting supports and raise the necessary funds to operate Scouting in our area. 

Our goal this year is to raise $20,000 for Scouting in the Weatherford area.  Your attendance and participation is greatly appreciated to help us reach our goal.

The 20th Century Club of Weatherford is in desperate need of a new roof.

Join us for Keno night (bingo played with cards). Playing at the clubhouse: 321 S. Main Street. First card is $10, second is $5 and there will be refreshments. A special "blackout" prize will be awarded. For more information, call Karren or Mina.

Senior Adult Evergreen Club meets on the third Tuesday each month at 10:30am

We meet in the Fellowship Hall of North Side Baptist Church for fellowship, an interesting and inspiring program, and of course, a potluck lunch.

This week’s theme: All Aboard!

The May meeting will feature the program "No Pattern, No Problem" presented by Maria Hall of Charming Prints Quilting. Maria will display a wide variety of quilts, from simple to complicated, small and large, that can be made without a pattern.

A "No Pattern, No Problem" workshop will be offered Friday the 18th.
