Use Suggestion Mode to approve or reject changes and suggestions on shared files
Recover old versions of documents, see which collaborator made changes
Change ownership of your document
E-mail document as an attachment
Use Activity Board to see who has shared, edited, or commented on your document.
Work offline
It is required that all participants come to class with an already established Google account. To do so, Google has listed the easy-to-follow steps:
Visit www.google.com
Locate and select the Sign in button in the top-right corner of the page.
A Sign-up form will appear. Enter the required information.
Next enter your phone number. Google will send a verification code to your phone that you will use to complete the sign-up process.
Enter the verification code sent to your phone and click Verify.
A personal information page will appear, enter the required information.
Review Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click I agree.
